The service and the parties
Rallo is a booking platform operated by Inavi LLC. The named venue supplies the court and is the seller of the court service. Rallo helps you find availability, send a booking request, and view its status. A venue may use its own booking or payment provider. The venue's displayed identity and any specific conditions form part of the booking information shown before you confirm.
Accounts and correct details
You must provide accurate contact details, keep your sign-in access secure, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for a booking made through your account. Do not use automated access to reserve inventory, send false requests, or interfere with the service. Tell us promptly if you believe your account was used without permission.
Availability and confirmation
The checkout shows the venue, court, date, time, total price, and payment method before you submit. You can go back to correct your selection. Availability can change while you browse. A request is confirmed only when its status shows a confirmed booking or the venue or its provider confirms it; a pending request is not a guaranteed court. Keep the booking confirmation or receipt and check any status updates before travelling.
Price and payment
The total price shown at checkout is in Georgian lari. For pay-at-venue bookings, pay the venue when you arrive; Rallo does not charge your card or add a booking fee. Some partner bookings use a separate hosted payment page. If offered, you will see that method before continuing and pay the provider or its payment partner under the terms shown there. Rallo does not hold your card number. A booking that awaits hosted payment is not complete until payment and provider confirmation succeed.
Cancellation, changes, and refunds
Where your booking shows a cancellation action, use it before the booking starts. A cancellation sent to a connected provider may remain pending until that provider confirms it; do not assume the court is released while the status is pending. Some partner bookings do not offer online cancellation. In that case, contact the venue or Rallo support. A venue's own disclosed cancellation and refund conditions apply where lawful. If a paid booking cannot be fulfilled, contact the venue named on your booking and Rallo so the refund can be resolved. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Withdrawal from a dated leisure booking
Georgian law has a 14-day withdrawal rule for many distance contracts and exceptions for some leisure services supplied on a specific date or period. A court booking is for the date and time you select. Whether an exception applies to a particular booking depends on the service and the law; the cancellation terms presented for that booking do not remove any mandatory right you have.
Using the venue
Arrive at the booked time and follow the venue's reasonable safety, access, and conduct rules. The venue is responsible for the court and the service it supplies. If a venue changes or cannot honour a booking, we will show or send the status we receive and help route your complaint.
Service availability and content
We aim to keep listings and booking status accurate, but venue inventory and provider responses can change or be delayed. If an error affects a booking, contact us with the booking reference. Rallo's website, app, branding, and original content remain owned by their respective rights holders; using the service does not transfer those rights. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Complaints and disputes
For a court, price, venue charge, or refund issue, contact the named venue and copy Rallo at the address below so we can help trace the booking. For an account, privacy, or platform issue, contact Rallo directly. We will review your message and respond through your supplied contact channel. Georgian law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and competent dispute-resolution process.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version shown when you place a booking governs that booking unless a legal requirement says otherwise. We will post an updated date and give additional notice where the change materially affects you.
